Option 1: Return/Exchange Slip

  1. The Exchange option is available on your HEAXABELL invoice. To opt for an exchange, please first state the Return Reason in the box provided. Then, state the size OR colour of the option which you would like the returned item to be exchanged to.
  2. Pack the item in its original packaging (complete with all tags intact) and don’t forget to pack the invoice inside the box.
  3. Fill out the Poslaju Return Label and paste it on the box.
  4. Drop off the parcel to any POSLAJU branches!

*Only exchanges request of either size or colour can be accommodated
*Exchanges are subject to stock availability upon receiving your returned item

Once we have received your item and your exchange request, we will proceed to pack and dispatch the new exchange order. You will be notified via email once your exchange order is confirmed and shipped out respectively.

Option 2: Our Customer Experience Team
